2. Service Description
Hlasovka.com is a web application for turning voice messages into professional written records. The service uses artificial intelligence technologies (OpenAI) to transcribe and process recordings.
3. Registration and Account
- Using the service requires registration with a valid email address.
- The user is responsible for keeping their password secure.
- Each user may have only one account.
- Temporary (disposable) email addresses are not allowed.
4. Trial Period and Subscription
- Invite-only beta access is a free test plan governed by the invitation. Once public sign-up opens, new accounts receive a 7-day free trial. A paid subscription starts only after checkout and renews automatically until cancelled.
- Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store card numbers.
5. User Content
- The user owns all content they upload or create through the service.
- The user must not upload content that infringes the rights of third parties or violates the law.
- The user is responsible for obtaining the consent of the persons recorded in the recordings (where applicable).
6. AI Processing
- Transcripts and extractions are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies.
- The user is responsible for reviewing the outputs before using them.
- Audio data is sent to a third party (OpenAI API) for processing and deleted from the server after processing.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- We are not liable for damages arising from inaccuracies in AI transcripts.
- The operator's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the subscription fee paid for the most recent month.
8. Daily Limits
The service enforces daily limits on the number of recordings, sent emails and template uploads according to the selected plan. The current limits are shown in the app.
9. Account Cancellation
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account.
- A deletion request can also be submitted via the public Account deletion page.
- Deletion is irreversible — all data will be permanently removed.
- Any active subscription will be cancelled automatically.
10. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated. We will notify you of material changes by email. By continuing to use the service after the Terms change, you agree to the new wording.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The Czech courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.
