What happens to my recording?
Once transcribed, the audio is automatically deleted from the server. Only the text and the finished document remain — and we keep those only until you delete your account.
Do I have to redo my paperwork?
No. You upload the form you already use (Word/ODT) and Hlasovka fills in its fields. If you don't have a form, you can dictate one and Hlasovka will create it for you.
What if the AI gets something wrong or makes things up?
Nothing leaves without your review. Hlasovka never invents content that wasn't in the recording — the field stays empty and highlighted for review (only the report date and your form's pre-filled values are added according to your settings). You can edit every field before sending.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes — Hlasovka runs in the browser and you can add it to your phone as an app. You can record right in the field.
Where does my data live?
On a server in Germany (Hetzner). Speech transcription is handled by OpenAI under EU standard contractual clauses; recordings are not used to train models.
Who processes the recording?
We send audio and text to the OpenAI API for transcription, finding details and adapting the writing style. Hlasovka creates the final Word document or PDF. Content processed through the OpenAI API is not used to train models. Read more in the privacy policy.
